Or you can go light with the 30-Minute Fried Lemon Chicken. The tangy lemon sauce adds a hint of citrus that pairs perfectly with crispy fried chicken and sticky white rice.
One of our new favorite chicken and rice combos is the Slow Cooker Russian Chicken. Rather than the expected citrus, this recipe features fresh peaches and peach jam for a sweet, summer-y version of this family favorite. And since it’s a slow-cooker meal, you only need about 10 minutes to prep it.
