One super simple recipe in this class is for a tropical salsa that is packed with color and flavor. And you can serve this Mango-Pineapple Salsa in so many ways. I use it on the fish tacos that we’ll also go over in this class, but it works well as a dip for chips or even on a burger at your cookout. Better yet, you don’t need much to make an impressive bowl of homemade salsa: just mango, pineapple, red pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, agave, and lime juice.

Start with your diced pineapple and add the diced mango. That’s the main component for this salsa. Then add more flavor and color with chopped red onion, red pepper, cilantro, and diced jalapeño. How much jalapeño? That’s really up to you. Make it as hot or as mild as you like. You can always start light and add more if you need.

Add some agave for sweetness and your freshly squeezed lime juice (I’ll show you a really easy way to do this in the video class). And, of course, salt and pepper. That’s it! It’s super easy, and you and your guests will love it!
