Is there anything more summery than the tropical flavors of Pineapple Pork on the Grill? Trimmed pork chops marinate in a blend of fresh orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and onion powder. Grill them with slices of pineapple and serve with a side of rice for a sweet and tangy taste of heaven.
Or try a Summer Spiced Chicken on the Grill. This recipe calls for a marinade of olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. The nice thing about this one is that you can get plenty of flavor in every bite just by brushing the spice mixture over the chicken. No waiting on this one! In fact, you can have it prepped, cooked, and on the table in about 20 minutes.

And the Chicken Marsala with Grape Tomatoes is rich with the flavors of mushrooms, garlic, and simmered grape tomatoes. Believe it or not, this one only takes about 10 minutes to prep! Put it in the oven, clean the kitchen, and by the time you sit down for dinner your counters, cutting boards, and pans are all tidied up.
