One Pot Amish Pasta

- Serves: 2-4
- Prep Time: 25 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1½ pound hamburger meat
- ½ onion, chopped
- ½ pound spaghetti, cooked 10 minutes and drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups fresh peas
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 pound cheese
Directions
- Brown hamburger and onions.
- Add tomato juice and simmer 20 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Put cooked spaghetti around the edge of your pan and put the peas in the center.
- Simmer another 15 minutes.
- Cover with cheese and simmer until cheese is completely melted.
