- 1 (15-ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1⁄3 cup corn syrup Yellow food coloring
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer ﬁtted with the wire whip, beat the pineapple, whipped topping, and corn syrup until combined.
2. Add enough yellow food coloring to achieve the color you desire, 3 to 5 drops.
3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1 hour. Scoop out and serve.
