Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon herbs de provence
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ cup cornstarch
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup water

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, pepper, seasoned salt, and herbs de provence. Beat eggs into water in separate bowl.
  2. Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Lightly dip pieces in flour, then into the egg mixture. Finally dip once more into the flour.
  3. Deep fry in oil until golden brown and cooked through.
