Chilled Cantaloupe Soup

Chilled soups are a must for the summertime! This chilled cantaloupe soup will cool you off and as you load up on nutrients and vitamins.

  • 1 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1⁄3 cup crème fraîche


In a food processor, puree the cantaloupe (reserving some for garnish, if desired), crème fraîche, ginger, honey, nutmeg, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
