15-Minute Roasted Parmesan Asparagus

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese


1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Lay the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Place in the oven and roast until cooked, about 10 minutes.
4. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
5. Serve immediately.
