Between the tacos, the nachos, the enchiladas, the burritos, the chalupas, and, of course, the margaritas, there’s no shortage to the love we have for Mexican cuisine. Chef Addie Gundry will present recipes for a full menu of Mexican food favorites, from breakfast all the way through dinner and dessert. She’ll share some of the common spices and spice combinations that are often used in Mexican cooking and discuss how you can incorporate them into both common and unexpected dishes. She’ll also share a bit about the history of Mexican cooking along with some of the restaurants and chefs she looks to for inspiration. After taking this class, you’ll be able to make all of your favorite dishes right at home to enjoy any time you’re in the mood for some Mexican cuisine.
