In this class, you’ll learn how to care for and sharpen your knives, what each type of knife is and how to decide which one to use, how to properly hold a knife, knife brand recommendations, different cutting techniques for different foods, and the five knives every cook needs to have in the kitchen. Addie will also provide a few recipes, like stuffed peppers, which will provide a real-world application of the skills learned throughout the session. This class will help you gain the confidence you need to take on any recipe you encounter—no matter how much chopping it might involve.
