Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 1 celery stick
  • Ice
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 1 cup tomato juice, best if chilled
  • 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 a lemon, plus 2–3 wedges for garnish
  • Candied bacon (see additional recipe)
  • Blue cheese, stuffed olives, and pepperoncini for garnish

Directions

  1. Place a celery stick in a tall glass. Fill with ice.
  2. Add the vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Stir.
  3. Add the cayenne pepper, celery salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir.
  4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon half into your glass and place the lemon wedges inside as a garnish.
  5. Top with candied bacon, blue cheese, stuffed olives, and pepperoncini. Serve.
